John Lucas is a qualified teacher who has significant experience as a senior leader and headteacher. John has held leadership positions within a local authority and across 2 multi academy trusts. He is an experienced inspector of a wide range of schools, including nursery, primary, all through schools, independent providers and teacher training providers. John has undertaken monitoring visits for schools causing concern and those requiring improvement. He has led and been a team member on summary evaluations of multi academy trusts. John has also carried out quality assurance of inspections and been a member of Ofsted’s regional and national training teams.
