Kirsty is a qualified teacher and has achieved the National Professional Qualification for Headship. Before joining Ofsted, she gained substantial experience as a headteacher in 2 primary schools, with her most recent headship at a large, diverse school. Kirsty has supported school improvement in primary schools and has been a governor at an alternative provision.
